FiveYearJournal began as a personal project. After searching the App Store, I couldn’t find a journaling app in a five-year format that felt simple, elegant, and easy to use - so I built my own.
This app is designed to feel like your favorite notebook. I wanted to capture the feeling of writing on paper, translated into a digital space that’s smooth, minimal, and free from distractions. I’m passionate about creating apps that simply work: uncluttered, thoughtfully designed, and privacy-focused.
Each year a new row will be added to your entries. Currently you can choose between displaying 5 or 10 years at a time.
Entries are stored securely on your device and can optionally be synced via iCloud, depending on your settings.
FiveYearJournal works fully without creating an account. Everything is tied to your device and Apple ID.
Yes! FiveYearJournal is available on both iPad and Mac and seamlessly syncs across all your devices.
